  Best mattress store in the area by far!! I have had a nightmare with finding the right mattress for me. Had been to other stores where I lost a lot of money needing to exchange a mattress. Experienced lots of annoying high pressure sales people. When I finally walked into the Tonawanda Mattress Firm it was like a breath of fresh air! No high pressure sales, but the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable and will give you honest advice on what they think will work for you. Prices are very good too. The first mattress I purchased was very comfortable, but ended up sleeping too hot for me so I decided I needed to exchange it. I was worried I would get a hassle, but not at all! They even waived the delivery fee, and now I finally am sleeping happy on a VERY comfortable (and cool) mattress!

  This location is a larger store than it appears from the outside. While there is not a large warehouse of mattresses and bed parts, the options there are very well laid out and organized. Mattresses are color coded by type, and specialty mattresses have their own section. The staff is very friendly and don't hover and follow you through the store unless you want them to. There is a good range of products for different budgets, and prices seem to be very reasonable, too.
